About Jake
I’m Jake Strickland, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Classic in Lavonia, serving buyers, sellers, and property owners throughout Northeast Georgia.
My work covers Franklin, Hart, Madison, Stephens, Banks, Elbert, Habersham, and the surrounding counties. I have experience with traditional homes, acreage, farms, lake property, manufactured homes, investment properties, and unique rural listings that require more than a generic marketing plan.
I take a direct, hands-on approach to real estate. Clients get honest advice, consistent communication, aggressive marketing, and someone willing to solve problems instead of passing them along. For sellers, that means positioning the property correctly, producing strong marketing, and actively pursuing buyers. For buyers, it means understanding the local market, identifying potential issues, and negotiating with the full picture in mind.
Northeast Georgia is not one uniform market. Every county, town, lake community, and rural area behaves differently. My job is to understand those differences and use them to help clients make better decisions.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling family property, moving to Northeast Georgia, or evaluating land or an investment, I’ll give you a clear assessment of the situation and a plan for moving forward.
